A very big problem...

Setting up everything to implement every playable character in the game I'm facing a big problem... I've reached the variables limit of Scorpion Engine (or just the limit of the hardware maybe?).
I've already tried to cut all the unnecessary variable and changed every code to the new system but the problem persist.
I'm trying to find a solution and use less variables... I hope in one, simple but big... idea!
